Deon is the CEO & Co-founder of TechCrunch Disrupt winner Forethought, the "AI for Customer Support" company. Previously, Deon worked at Facebook, Palantir, and Dropbox. He has ML publications and infrastructure patents, was a World Finalist & Judge at the International Collegiate Programming Contest, and was named to Forbes 30 under 30. Hobbies include basketball, karaoke, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Sami Ghoche, CTO & Co-Founder, Forethought
Sami is the CTO and co-founder of Forethought, a startup building a natural language understanding platform for customer service. Prior to Forethought, he was a machine learning engineer on the Feed AI team at LinkedIn. Sami grew up in Beirut Lebanon, and graduated from Harvard in 2016 with a joint BA/MS in computer science. His hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, tennis, basketball, soccer, Fifa and just hanging out!
