We started Neo Accelerator three years ago to help more founders follow in the footsteps of Neo-backed startups like Cursor and Kalshi. Today, startups from our 2022 and 2023 cohorts are emerging as leaders in their fields, including Anterior, Moment, Caldera & others. Even among our 2024 cohort, startups like Sapien and Dryft are closing impressive rounds and hiring awesome engineers.

Neo Accelerator began as an experiment informed by conversations with first-time founders and young technical leaders, including multiple Neo Scholars. We asked: What would be the ideal conditions for you to start a company?
