Meet the 2025 Neo Scholars
Hi Neo family,
Join us in congratulating the 18 exceptional students that we’re welcoming as Neo Scholars. We’ll offer these young leaders a year-long program of events to accelerate their careers as founders, trips to meet and connect with one another and the wider Neo community, and 1:1 mentorship.
This culminates a process that involved much more than just evaluating candidates. Since June, we’ve helped applicants meet each other and mentors from the Neo community, as well as find great internships and full-time jobs via our recruiting platform.
This has entailed:
3000+ reference checks and coding tests on CodeSignal and Byteboard
350+ hours of live technical interviews conducted by 100+ volunteer interviewers
Selecting 150 Scholar Finalists, a distinction that comes with programming to accelerate one’s career in tech, mentorship, and long-term access to our recruiting platform
In-person meetups in NY and SF to hear from top Neo startups and meet other members of the Neo community
Hundreds of introductions between candidates and startups
